TESTIMONIALS

"Two months of pelvic floor exercises in addition to ab and core strengthening made a huge difference in my post operative recovery. The expert knowledge that was shared with me physically and mentally prepared me for my prostate surgery and post-op recovery.
Seven weeks out and I have gone camping, completed a 10 mile hike, and have been able to resume normal activities without many of the normal side effects of the surgery.
Thank you Inner Dynamics PT!"

"Dr. Alison was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable. I knew if I did what she said, I was going to do well. I noticed improvement right away and am feeling so much better. My advice, take this course after surgery and learn about the work you need to do at home. These exercises will help you so much in recovery."
