Dr. Tamra Wroblesky
Dr. Tamra Wroblesky, PT is a co-founder of Inner Dynamics Physical Therapy, one of New Jersey’s largest pelvic physical therapy practices.
For the past 10 years, she has specialized in optimizing movement, injury prevention, and pelvic health for athletes, particularly in weightlifting and endurance sports.

A former collegiate tennis captain and lifelong endurance athlete, Dr. Wroblesky blends her expertise in strength training and rehabilitation to help athletes enhance performance and longevity.
She is a consultant with USA Weightlifting and has recently created two online courses in pelvic health and mobility for their coaches nationwide. She has worked closely with competitive weightlifters, including national medalists, and presents her "Pelvic Health for Performance" lecture at the USA Olympic Center, as well as other USA Weightlifting, powerlifting, and CrossFit communities. Her article, Supercharge Your Pelvis, is featured on the USA Weightlifting website. She was also a contributor to the bestselling book, Pelvic Pain Explained.
Having overcome her own injuries, Tamra brings a unique, compassionate perspective to coaching and rehabilitation. She has rehabbed her own body through two hip surgeries, one groin surgery, one pelvic surgery, and four pelvic fractures.
When she’s not treating or teaching, she’s likely hiking the tallest mountain in a foreign country.
